Supervision is
becoming students of our own experience ..
sitting at the feet of our work.     Zachary, 2002:xv

Pamela believes that learning occurs best in a non-judgmental and self reflective atmosphere. Learning, as distinct from striving to be perfect, is her focus in supervision.

Pamela is the Course Co-coordinator for Counselling Supervision and Counselling Field Studies in the Masters Counselling Program at the University of South Australia, and for the Supervised Practice courses in the Bachelor Degree in Counselling conducted by the Kranz International College.

Pamela is also a consultant to counselling agencies providing training in supervision to senior staff members.
