Pamela provides supervision
for private practitioners and agency counselling staff in both individual
and group formats.
Pamela has undertaken studies in
counselling supervision at Doctoral level. She utilises a blended
approach synthesising insight and skill, with a strong emphasis
on the supervisory relationship and developmental considerations.

Pamela believes that learning occurs
best in a non-judgmental and self reflective atmosphere. Learning,
as distinct from striving to be perfect, is her focus in supervision.
Pamela is the
Course Co-coordinator for Counselling Supervision and Counselling Field Studies in the Masters
Counselling Program at the University of South Australia, and for
the Supervised Practice courses in the Bachelor Degree in Counselling
conducted by the Kranz International College.
Pamela is
also a consultant to counselling agencies providing training in
supervision to senior staff members.
