Pamela is listed on the National Register of PACFA, and is a Clinical Member of the Counselling Association of South Australia. She is also a full member of SCAPE, the Society of Counselling and Psychotherapy Educators. She is bound by their Codes of Ethics.

Pamela is committed to the professionalisation of counselling, has served in many roles, including President, on the Executive Committee of the Counselling Association of South Australia and has represented South Australia on the National Council of PACFA.
